With over 23 years of experience, Choice Custom Homes builds across the Omaha metro from our office in Elkhorn. There's no plan book here: every home starts as a blank sheet of paper and a conversation, and the owners stay on the job from the first walk of your lot to the day we hand over the keys.
Business partners and childhood friends, Chad Bumsted and Jason Gillman pair a unique balance of strengths. Chad, a framer by trade, brings a wealth of hands-on construction knowledge and a genuine love for the craft. Jason's background in corporate sales, business, and finance keeps the building process structured and predictable. Together they push the design envelope while delivering impeccably constructed quality: creativity, vision, and trust, from the first design meeting through the final walkthrough.
The company is BBB accredited with an A+ rating, a longtime member of the Metro Omaha Builders Association, and still run day to day by the two people whose names are on the work.
